bromances that make me cry: Aidan Turner & Dean O’Gorman
“Professor” Armitage strikes again!
literally cannot
I wanted to draw the Durins as classy vampires á la Interview with the Vampire, but yeah … they don’t look like vampires at all. So it’s just the Durins wearing fancy clothes.
Richard Armitage: Fili is the older of the two, so Fili really is being groomed by Thorin to be the next-in-line, the warrior.
Dean O’Gorman: (…) He feels that weight of responsibility about what he potentially may become. He is the older one, so he feels a little bit protective of his younger brother.
Aidan Turner: Kili is the cheeky, the more audacious kind of guy. He’s up for fun and he’s up for smashing a few heads. They’re the youngest so they can find the funny side of it.

IS THAT FILI FIGHTING ON HIS BROTHER’S SHOULDERS

mouraen said: Fili is upset or worried about something, maybe that something has to do with Thorin or about him taking Thorin’s place as king, and Kili does his best to console Fili.

And then it got huge
Story under the cut
I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS IS REAL
The line of Durin is sort of silly, really.

For the meme prompt - Thorin wearing a kilt, but I got a bit carried away… More like Braveheart!Thorin…
Three out of four of these examples are Kili who is 2nd in line for the throne. I’m just saying that I would have been very worried about the line of Durin
